Are there any exclusions to the warranty policy?Updated 2 years ago

Yes, there are a few exclusions to our warranty policy:

Items purchased through a third-party vendor outside of the Hyou website are not covered under our warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from for assistance.

We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers, as this may void any potential for refund or replacement if a defect develops due to their work. This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we may require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.

Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.
